Throughout the Summit, we’ll be gathering insights, lived experiences, professional recommendations, and data to finalise a Draft White Paper — a bold proposal for systemic reform. This includes:
A call for a Minister for Children in Care & Care LeaversLegal recognition of care leavers as a protected characteristicExtending statutory care until age 25Reforming housing, education, and mental health access

After the summit, we’ll:
Launch a national awareness campaign with video content, statistics, and lived experience storiesMobilise public support for our White Paper by opening the petition to the UK publicSubmit our collective demands to the Care Leaver Ministerial Board, Department for Education, and Parliament
Push for a new Children’s Act that embeds rights and reform in law
